Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At TyreLife Solutions, we strive to deliver your tyres and wheels as efficiently as possible. We ship from our primary warehouses in Johannesburg (JHB), Cape Town (CPT), and Durban (KZN) to ensure accurate transit times across South Africa.

2. Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are calculated per unit (tyre or wheel) based on the origin warehouse and destination province.

  • 2.1 Free Delivery: We offer free delivery nationwide on all orders of 4 or more units, where the delivery address falls within the TyreLife Solutions distribution coverage area..
  • 2.2 Standard Rates (orders less than 4 units):
  • 2.2.1 Local Deliveries (within GAU, KZN, or CPT/EC): R40.00 per unit.
  • 2.2.2 From Gauteng (GAU) to: KZN/MPU (R40), EC/FS/LIMP (R50), CPT/NC (R60).
  • 2.2.3 From KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) to: GAU (R40), EC (R50), CPT (R60).
  • 2.2.4 From Cape Town (CPT) to: GAU/KZN (R60), Other Regions/Outlying (R80).

3. Processing & Handling Time

  • 3.1 Order cut-off time: 14:30 (SAST), Monday to Friday.
  • 3.2 Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • 3.3 Payment verification: Orders are only released for processing once funds reflect in our bank account.
  • 3.4 Handling time: Once payment is confirmed, please allow 2 to 3 business days (48–72 hours) for warehouse picking, packing, and dispatch.

4. Transit & Delivery Times

Once dispatched from our warehouse, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • 4.1 Major centres: 2 to 3 business days (48–72 hours).
  • 4.2 Regional and outlying areas: Up to 4 business days (96 hours).
  • 4.3 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules and seasonal peaks.

5. Delivery Method

  • 5.1 Deliveries are handled via our logistics partner, Savino Del Bene, and their network of third-party contractors.
  • 5.2 We do not currently offer a “Click & Collect” service from our offices; all orders are delivered directly to your specified address.
  • 5.3 Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange collection at your closest Savino Del Bene depot.
